Me a blogger? No!

I suppose it's true. I am, as of now, a blogger! I'm not exactly sure how to go about doing this, so I'll start off with a whole lot of things a little bit about myself. Things that you already knew or may have had no clue at all. Happy Reading!

1. My full name is Lindsey Renee Young.
2. I am a devoted Christian. 
3. I have an older brother, Cory. He is very protective and I love to act like it drives me crazy.
4. I have an older sister, Ashley, whom I've never really gotten to know.
5. My Mom and I are best friends.
6. I trust too easily.
7. I have always loved writing; songs, diaries, short stories, you name it.
8. I am absolutely terrified to get old.
9. Listening to music is one of the best escapes I have.
10. I read my Bible every night before I go to bed.
11. I plan to study either Youth ministry or Worship ministry in college; most likely at Lee University.
12. I don't text a lot, but I feel naked without having my phone in my pocket or hand.
13. I am a massive a slight Facebook addict.
14. I cannot stand rap music and a majority of country music.
15. I care too much of what people think about me, despite how much I try to deny it.
16. My youth group has changed my life more than I can explain.
17. I loathe being cold.
18. Therefore, I refuse to even consider a college north of where I already am.
19. I have lived in a small town my whole life and dream of going to New York City (just for a vacation...weren't you paying attention to #17 & #18??).
20. I am a co-founder of Sweat Pants Wednesday.
21. Nature is beautiful, but it doesn't mean I ever want to actually be in it.
22. I have horrible ankle problems and walk like an old woman when I wake up in the morning.
23. I adore shoes (specifically high heels), but because of #22, I just can't wear them. {sigh}
24. I could read for hours if no one bothered me or I didn't have anything else I had to do.
25. Losing my Grandpa Young was the hardest thing I have ever been through in my life. {4/27/2009<3}
26. My Grandma Young is my greatest influence. I can only wish I will be half of amazing one day as she is.
27. It took me seventeen years to sing in front of people. I am so glad I finally did.
28. Singing in a worship band at college is my current goal.
29. I have never been happy with the way I look.
30. I complain a lot, but I am extremely thankful for the many blessings God has put into my life.
31. I love being home by myself (as long as it's not too dark outside...)
32. Waynesville Idol was the scariest thing I've ever done in my life.
33. Theater has changed my perspective on a numerous amount of things.
34. Even though I know I shouldn't, I tend to hold grudges.
35. I cheered for nine years and quit my senior year. I miss it sometimes, but I don't regret it a bit.
36. I have lost a lot of "friends" this year. But because of this, I have realized that I only need a few really close friends sisters in my life.
37. I hate conflict, so I usually just let people walk all over me in order to avoid it.
38. Jesse McCartney was my first love; we ended our relationship because he no longer cared about "beautiful souls", just "body language".
39. The Jonas Brothers mended my broken heart after #38. 
40. I am ecstatic to start this blog but 1000% terrified to open myself up to having people see the real me. Here goes nothing.
